Chinox® TP-80 is a phenol free,
liquid Anti-oxidant with UV stabilizer performance designed specifically
for polyurethane.
Chinox ® TP-80 is a phenol free, liquid antioxidant
with UV stabilizer performance designed specifically for the protection
of polymers against the damage of UV light radiation and offering
heat stability during processing. Chinox ® TP-80 has
good solvent solubility and better resin compatibility.

better resin compatibility and excellent anti-scorching in PU foam

Chinox ® 2430 is most suitable for the protection
of polymers due to its excellent compatibility with resin and its
non-yellowing property during baking stage. Chinox ®
2430 has been widely used in PU foam.
A percentage of 0.3% -0.5 % of Chinox ® 2430 is recommended
for protection.
4. Chitex® AO-20 is an Anti-oxidant
specifically designed for the protection of Nylon and other textile.
Chitex® AO-20 is a heat stabilizer
designed specifically for the protection of Nylon and other textile.

Chitex® AO-20 can be used in:

5. Chisorb® TPU is a Stabilizer
specifically designed for the protection of TPU from UV light, oxidation
and Nox.
Chisorb® TPU is a stabilizer designed specifically
for the protection of thermoplastic polyurethane from the damage
of UV light, oxygen and NOx. Chisorb® TPU has better
resin compatibility, is less volatile, and provides a degree of
stabilization that is significant better than other UV absorbers,
antioxidants which are commercially available in the market.

Chisorb® TPU is most suitable for the protection
of thermoplastic polyurethane due to its synergist performance.
A percentage of 0.5 % - 2.0 % of Chisorb® TPU is
recommended for protection.
6. Doublemer® 188 is a high functional
Aromatic Urethane Acrylate oligomer which exhibits excellent hardness
and solvent resistance.
UV/EB cured products based on DOUBLEMER®
188 are characterized by the following performance properties:
- Outstanding hardness and scratch resistance
- Excellent solvent resistance
- High gloss
The actual properties of UV/EB cured products also depend on the
selection of the other formulation components such as reactive diluents,
additives, and photoinitiators.

Butylated phenolic antioxidant, designed for water borne system resin

10. Chisorb® EPL, an unique UV
absorber for epoxy resin.
Epoxy resin has many good performances such as good resistance to
water, chemical, acid and so on, but weatherability is always a big
disadvantage to epoxy resin. Most UV absorbers and light stabilizers
can not help this phenomenon excepting Double Bond’s Chisorb
EPL.

12. Reactable light stabilizer (HALS), Chisorb®
582L and Chisorb® 587P launched to the market.
Market is always looking for non-migration and long-term performance
light stabilizers. Chisorb 582L and Chisorb 587P are created for this
expectation.
One molecular perfectly consists of one Methacrylate and one HALS
function. Its Methacrylate could react with most double bond molecular
such as acrylate and unsaturated polyester by free radical polymerization
initiated by peroxide or UV Initiator.

13. Long term performance UV absorber, Chisorb®
5431, commercially launched to the market.
High molecular, low migration, high performance with good solubility
in coatings or plastics, always a challenge to UV absorber supplier.
Double Bond’s Chisorb 5431 is exactly coped with those requirements.
The long alkyl group has good solubility in most matrixes, and benzotriazole
dimer plays as bulky active site with low migration possibility.
14. Chitex® NF, water soluble optical
brightener designed for water borne application.
Water borne coating is more and more popular in most applications.
Water soluble additives have always been requested for this trend.
Chitex NF is created by this request to enhance whiteness for most
water borne applications.
15. Chitex® RF, dispersed optical
brightener in UV monomer, used in UV application.
Optical brightener is commonly used in OPV and clear lacquer to enhance
whiteness. However, limited solubility of optical brightener in monomer,
solvent always cause difficult handling. Chitex RF is a pre-dispersed
optical brightener master batch with characters of easy flow, easy
use, with dosing of 200-500ppm could enhance whiteness for most UV
formulation.
